We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal for us as travelers coming from and going to the airport, with the underground right across the street and direct access to the Heathrow Express. The front desk manager was extremely helpful when our booking couldn't be found, personally assisting us with the check-in. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that had everything we needed. The staff's urgent reaction to our situation made us feel safe and supported throughout our stay.

The location was absolutely perfect, right opposite the train station. It was so convenient to hop on a train and explore different parts of the city. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and a helpful bell staff. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a cozy sitting area and a well-stocked mini-bar. The bathroom was luxurious, with a separate tub and shower and complimentary toiletries. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and the classy bar and lounge area. Highly recommended for families!
